Selling By Live Auction

Lot 1C, Ballyharney, Multyfarnham, Co. Westmeath

The lands are of good quality, elevated and laid out in several neat divisions with no waste whatsoever. The undulating nature of the lands provide a dynamic landscape, further enhanced by the picturesque views of the surrounding countryside. The lands are well-defined by mature hedging and are bordered by the River Inny to the west. These natural boundaries provide excellent privacy and a clear demarcation of the land. Additionally, the River Inny offers a natural water source. The lands benefit from cattle holding area, pen and are well fenced for sheep. This prime holding has recently been reseeded, and boasts high productivity with good hardcore access, making it suitable for any farming enterprise. The accessibility of the land is a significant advantage, with well-maintained routes and easy access to all parts of the property. The property benefits from good road frontage and may be suitable for the construction of a dwelling house. There are a range of concrete and stone sheds which could be easily converted to alterative uses.
