Hôtel in Port de Maó

Building located on the seafront with a large façade and which was previously used as a guesthouse and traditional island restaurant.
The current regulations allow it to be reopened as a hotel establishment or reconverted into dwellings, with no maximum number of dwellings, as the regulations allow for units with a minimum surface area that has not been established.
Both in the case of hotel or housing and being a building with a lot of façade and little depth allows all the rooms/dwellings to have seafront views.
There is the possibility of installing a floating dock in front of the building for the private and exclusive use of the owners of the building.
